Mike and Debbie Gingerich of Shedd, OR, serve as Crossroads Team directors. They started with Gospel Echoes Prison Ministry in 2002 and travel with their three children, Abby, Ellie, and Lars. Leroy and Rachel Erb also serve with the Team. The Northwest Team primarily ministers to prisons in a five state area including Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.
